Paying Property Taxes

Payment Options

Pay your property taxes online or by phone, just like any other bill. To ensure a smooth transaction, follow these steps:

  • Payee: Select “Sechelt - Taxes” in your payment options.

  • Folio Number: Before entering your eight-digit folio number, add Jur number 570 at the beginning, and remove the decimal (e.g., 570 00094650).

  • Processing Time: Online payments take 3-5 days to process. To avoid late fees, make payments several days before the deadline.

  • Deadline: Payments must be received by July 2nd, 2026—not just sent.

  • Bank Processing: The District of Sechelt is not responsible for processing times. Please check with your bank to ensure timely payment.
